A family kitchen that grew into Hyderabad's home for celebrations.
From one kitchen, to thousands of celebrations
It started with Sujatha Amma cooking for neighbourhood weddings in B.N. Reddy Nagar. Word spread about her biryani and her bagara baingan, and soon every family function in the colony had her pots simmering in the back.
Our mission is simple: bring the taste of home to every celebration, however large, with the care of a family meal.

Recipes With Roots
Our kitchen draws on the Nizami courts of Hyderabad and the village kitchens of Telangana and Andhra — dum cooking sealed with dough, masalas pounded on stone, tamarind and gongura for tang, and sweets slow-reduced over wood fire. We cook in brass and copper because that's how it has always been done.
